From having an instinctive understanding of my style and needs, to having the creative vision to bring that to life; your excellent and tireless work sourcing just the right materials, in the perfect style, at sometimes surprisingly competitive prices; the great respect shown to me and my home by the workmen who came here; the consistently high level of workmanship; the cleaning at the end of each day, and the job; the communication about what would be happening, when and why which made sure that there were no unpleasant surprises (this is really unusual and very much appreciated); the absolute willingness to make changes when requested; all of this combined to make the whole experience as stress-free as it is possible to be when you are having a large part of your living space rebuilt.
